All airline ticket sales are final and generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the airline’s fare rules or required by law.
Certain fares may allow cancellations or changes, subject to airline-specific terms, penalties, and fare differences.
Service fees charged by Airfare Travel LLC are non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Airline Tickets
Refund eligibility is determined by the airline’s fare rules at the time of purchase.
For refundable tickets, the refund amount may be subject to airline penalties and will be processed only after airline approval.
Refunds may be reduced by any applicable change fees, cancellation penalties, or service charges.

If the airline permits changes or cancellations, additional fees may apply from both the airline and Airfare Travel LLC.
4. Special Fare & Promotional Tickets

5. No-Show Policy
Failure to check in or board a flight (“no-show”) results in 100% forfeiture of the ticket value with no refund.
6. Service Fees
All service, booking, and processing fees from Airfare Travel LLC are non-refundable, regardless of ticket type.
7. Credit Card Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting Airfare Travel LLC first may delay or void refund eligibility and may result in additional administrative charges.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after airline approval.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to one billing cycle for funds to appear on your account.
9. Visa, Mastercard & Amex Refund Processing
Refunds to Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards are typically processed within 7–14 business days after airline approval, but may take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s policies.
Refunds to American Express (Amex) cards are generally processed within 7 business days, but may take longer if your bank requires additional verification.
