SAS is the national airline of Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, founded in 1946. The head office is in Solna, Sweden, and the main hub is Copenhagen Airport. SAS flies to 119 destinations.
Baggage Allowance
Cabin/Carry-On Baggage:
One cabin bag and one personal item (purse, laptop bag, or briefcase) are allowed. Carry-on luggage must not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm and 8 kg.
Allowances may vary depending on aircraft type, travel class (economy, première, or first class), international or domestic flights, and route.
Checked Baggage:
Checked luggage must comply with SAS size and weight limits. Each bag must not exceed 32 kg, and total dimensions (length + width + height) must not exceed the allowed limits. The free checked baggage allowance is shown on the ticket, itinerary, and receipt based on the rules at the time of travel. Extra fee for luggage above size or weight limits.
Online Check-In:
Passengers using online check-in can drop off their luggage at the Baggage Drop Counter for a faster and more convenient process. Priority counters are available at selected airports for faster service, but an extra fee may apply.
In-Flight Services:
SAS offers a wide range of services to make your flight more comfortable. This includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment (news, music, TV shows, and movies). Service varies by travel class (economy, executive, or first class). You can choose from vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and continental meals. On international flights you will also get complimentary wine or spirits.
