Cabin Baggage
Jetstar allows cabin baggage on all classes of travel. Economy Class passengers can bring one main cabin bag and one small personal item, total weight 7kg. Main cabin bag size 56 x 36 x 23cm.
Business Class passengers can bring two main cabin bags and one personal item, total weight 14kg.
Economy passengers can add 3kg to their carry-on allowance by purchasing 3kg top-up during booking or at the gate. FlexiBiz bundle passengers can also apply this top-up.
Checked Baggage
Jetstar checked baggage allowance varies by fare. Starter Plus gets one checked bag up to 20kg. Starter Max gets one bag up to 30kg. Business Class passengers, including Business Max fares, get one bag up to 30kg.
Each checked bag must weigh between 15kg and 40kg, and maximum weight per bag cannot exceed 32kg. Size restrictions may apply by route and fare type.
