Checked Baggage Allowance
Intercontinental Flights
- Business Class: Up to 3 bags, each 32 kg.
- Premium Economy & Economy: 2 bags, each 23 kg.
- Exception: Economy passengers flying to the USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Kazakhstan, or Singapore are allowed only 1 bag.
International Flights
- Business Class: 2 bags, each 32 kg.
- Premium Economy: 2 bags, up 23 kg.
- Economy Class: 1 bag, 23 kg.
- Economy Saver: No free checked baggage; available at an additional fee.
Domestic Flights
- All Classes: 1 bag 23 kg.
Maximum size for all checked bags:
158 cm (length + width + height). Oversized or overweight baggage will be charged extra.
Cabin Baggage Allowance
- Business Class: 2 bags, each 9 kg.
- Premium Economy (Intercontinental): 2 bags, total 12 kg, no single bag over 8 kg.
- Premium Economy (International): 1 bag, 8 kg.
- Economy & Economy Saver: 1 bag, 8 kg.
Maximum size for cabin baggage:
55 cm x 40 cm x 23 cm.
