Cabin Baggage
- Cabin baggage refers to items carried by the passenger and stored in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front.
- It is free of charge if it falls within the free allowance limits.
- Each passenger may carry one piece of cabin baggage with maximum dimensions of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20 cm).
- The weight limit is 10 kg (21 lbs) for most destinations, except Johannesburg, where it is restricted to 7 kg (15 lbs).
- Size and weight compliance will be verified using the airline’s baggage measuring devices at check-in counters. Any baggage exceeding these limits must be checked in.
Additional items allowed:
- Collapsible wheelchairs or assistive devices (such as crutches) if the passenger depends on them.
- When traveling with an infant, one carrycot plus lightweight items like bedding, diapers, feeding bottles, and baby food (up to 12 kg total) can be carried free of charge.
