- Economy Class – Economy fares are budget friendly and divided into Economy Save, Economy Special and Economy Flex, which differ mainly in baggage allowance.
- Business Class – Business fares offer more comfort, more legroom and reclining seats. Macau Phoenix Miles members can also use their miles to upgrade to Business Class.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Tickets can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for full refund if booked more than a week in advance.
- Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a fee from $100 to $500 depending on the timing and fare type.
- If Air Macau is responsible for a 2 hour delay or more or cancel a flight within 14 days of departure, passengers are entitled to compensation.
- Air Macau reserves the right to adjust 24 hour cancellations at its discretion.
