Hand Baggage
Passengers are allowed 1 bag over 10 kg. This must not be more than 55 x 40 x 24 cm. Please note that our regional baggage allowance is a 7 kg bag not more than 48 x 33 x 20 cm.
In addition, passengers are allowed 1 small personal item, such as a small handbag, laptop case, camera case, or reading material.
Checked Baggage
Checked baggage must not exceed 158 cm in combined dimensions, and all baggage must weigh less than 32 kg.
Passengers travelling within Europe can purchase the following bag sizes:
Medium – 1 x 20kg bag
Large – 1 x 25kg bag
XL – 2 bags with combined weight of 40kg
Passengers travelling transatlantic can have 1 x 23 kg bag.
