For standard fares, the baggage policy includes:
- Carry-on items:

One cabin bag – free of charge
- Checked baggage: Charges vary depending on the ticket type.
- Oversized or overweight luggage: Extra fees apply based on size and weight category.
- Sports equipment: Certain items may incur additional charges.

Carry-On Baggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (such as a handbag, briefcase, or laptop bag) at no cost.
Size & Weight Limits:
- LowFare, LowFare+, Flex, and Premium tickets:
Carry-on bag: max. 55 × 40 × 23 cm
Personal item: max. 25 × 33 × 20 cm
Combined weight: 10 kg
- PremiumFlex tickets:
Carry-on bag: max. 55 × 40 × 23 cm
Personal item: max. 25 × 33 × 20 cm
Combined weight: 15 kg
Important Notes:
- Duty-free and airport purchases must fit within the allowed hand baggage limits.
- On flights to/from Dubai, the maximum cabin baggage weight is 8 kg due to aircraft restrictions.
- Bulkhead seats do not have under-seat storage, so carry-on bags must be placed in overhead bins during take-off and landing.
Checked Baggage Policy
- LowFare: No checked baggage included.
- LowFare+: 1 bag up to 20 kg included.
- Flex, Premium, and PremiumFlex: 2 bags up to 20 kg each included.
Additional Rules:
- Each bag must weigh between 2 kg and 32 kg.
- Total checked baggage cannot exceed 64 kg in combined weight.
- Maximum size per bag: 250 × 79 × 112 cm (L × H × W), with a max circumference of 300 cm.
