Customers agree to contact Airfare Travel LLC directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Most issues can be resolved faster through our billing team than through a bank dispute.

When to Contact Us

Customers should contact us for:

  • Refund eligibility or refund status
  • Airline cancellations or schedule changes
  • Billing clarification or duplicate charges
  • Questions regarding charges appearing on statements Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and refund eligibility.

Chargebacks During Refund Processing

  • Filing a chargeback while a refund request is pending or already approved may cause the airline or card issuer to deny or delay the refund .

  • Email confirmations and consent records
  • Airline invoices and fare rules
  • Service logs and booking records
  • Fraud-prevention and verification data

Abuse & Friendly Fraud

Chargebacks filed after ticket issuance, partial or full travel usage, or service completion may be considered friendly fraud . Repeated abuse may result in service refusal.
