Effective Date: 12/1/2025Airfare Travel LLC is an independent travel agency that facilitates airline ticket bookings and related travel services on behalf of customers. All transactions are subject to airline fare rules, card-network regulations, and the terms outlined below.

1. Airline Rules & Refund Eligibility

  • All airline tickets are issued subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the issuing airline.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the fare type purchased, including non-refundable, partially refundable, and refundable fares.
  • Basic economy, promotional, and discounted fares are typically non-refundable.
  • Airfare Travel LLC does not control airline refund decisions.
  • Any approved refund is processed only after confirmation and receipt of funds from the airline.
  • Airline penalties, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and fare differences may apply.

2. Service Fees (Non-Refundable)

  • Airfare Travel LLC charges professional service, processing, and booking fees.
  • All service fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, regardless of airline refund approval.
  • Service fees compensate for consultation, ticket issuance, itinerary management, and post-booking support and are separate from airline charges.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time (Visa / Mastercard / Amex)

  • All approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment only, in compliance with card-network rules.
  • Estimated timelines:
    • Airline processing: 7–30 business days
    • Card issuer posting: Additional 5–10 business days
  • Airfare Travel LLC is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, or card issuers.

4. Voluntary Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellation or change requests must be submitted in writing (email or support ticket).
  • All changes and cancellations are subject to airline fare rules, penalties, applicable fare differences, and Airfare Travel LLC service charges.
  • Once a ticket is partially or fully used, refund eligibility is determined solely by the airline.

5. Involuntary Changes & Airline Disruptions

  • If an airline cancels, reschedules, or disrupts a flight, refund or rebooking options are provided as per airline policy.
  • Airfare Travel LLC assists as an intermediary; final authority rests with the airline.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution Policy

  • Customers agree to contact Airfare Travel LLC directly to resolve any billing or service issues before initiating a chargeback.
  • Chargebacks initiated after services are rendered, during refund processing, or without prior contact may result in refund denial or delays.
  • Airfare Travel LLC reserves the right to represent disputes with supporting documentation.

7. Customer Authorization & Fraud Prevention

  • By completing a booking, customers authorize Airfare Travel LLC to charge their selected payment method.
  • Additional verification may be required to comply with fraud-prevention and card-network controls.
  • Transactions may be declined or canceled if verification is not completed.

8. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to check in or travel as scheduled generally results in no refund.
  • No-show penalties imposed by airlines are non-waivable.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
