Cancellation Policy
Air Mauritius allows you to cancel your ticket within 24 hours of booking with no penalty if the booking was made at least 7 days before departure.
- Tickets booked outside this window may incur a cancellation fee.
- During peak travel periods some tickets may be non-refundable.
- For return tickets you can cancel one leg without affecting the other, charges will only apply to the cancelled segment.
- If you booked via third party agents cancellations must be done through the agent as the airline cannot make changes on their behalf.
- For duplicate bookings you can cancel one reservation up to 72 hours before departure if supporting documents are submitted.
