Cabin Classes
- Business Premier – Our top tier features 1-2-1 or 1-1-1 seating, 22-inch leather seats with ottoman footrests and seats that convert into fully flat beds.
- Premium Economy – Located in a dedicated cabin, Premium Economy has extended leg rests, wide seats with 9-inch recline, and a 2-4-2 or 2-3-2 configuration. It shares bathrooms, lighting, dining and wine options with Business Premier.
- Economy Class – Economy is configured in 3-3-3 or 3-4-3, with seat pitch between 31–34 inches and 6-inch recline. Each seat has an AVOD entertainment system with 9-inch or 10.6-inch touchscreens.
- Economy SkyCouch – Designed for families and couples, the SkyCouch converts to a flat surface when the middle seat is purchased. On shorter routes it’s a regular economy seat with standard leg rests.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all long-haul international flights including US routes. If you purchase a ticket more than 7 days before departure you can cancel within 24 hours regardless of fare type.
You can also request a partial or full refund if we:
- Cancel a flight and can’t rebook you.
- Delay a flight and you miss a connection.
- Can’t provide a booked cabin seat or significantly change the flight schedule.
- Deny you boarding with a valid ticket.
