Cabin Baggage – Domestic Flights
For all travel classes on domestic routes, you can carry one bag up to 115cm in size, or two smaller bags not exceeding 105cm combined. Each piece must not weigh more than 7kg.
Cabin Baggage – International Flights
- Economy Class: One piece of cabin baggage with a maximum weight of 7kg and size not exceeding 115cm.
- Premium Economy, Business, and First Class: Two pieces, each up to 7kg and 115cm.
Checked Baggage – Domestic Flights
- Economy Class:
- Standard allowance: 1 piece up to 23kg.
- Frequent Flyers: Silver 32kg, Gold and Platinum 2 pieces of 32kg each.
- Business Class:
- Standard allowance: 2 pieces of 32kg each.
- Gold and Platinum: up to 3 pieces of 32kg each.
Note: No single checked baggage piece can weigh more than 32kg (70lbs).
Checked Baggage – International Flights
- Economy Class:
- Standard allowance: 36kg.
- Silver: 42kg, Gold: 46kg, Platinum: 50kg.
- Premium Economy:
- Standard allowance: 40kg.
- Silver: 52kg, Gold: 56kg, Platinum: 60kg.
- Business Class:
- Standard allowance: 40kg.
- Silver: 52kg, Gold: 56kg, Platinum: 60kg.
- First Class:
- Standard allowance: 50kg.
- Silver: 62kg, Gold: 66kg, Platinum: 70kg.
